GNJ Manufacturing Sales Admin

GNJ Manufacturing, Inc. has been one of the leading manufacturers of custom jewelry since 1999.

Our factory manufactures a full line of gold-plated necklaces bracelets stainless steel and body jewelry among many other products. GNJ Manufacturing is seeking an individual who will be responsible for supporting the Sales team by following new leads and current clients, clerical customer support and follow ups, complete orders and other daily tasks

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Follow and research new leads

*Create worksheets, sales orders, quotes, and new item sheets.

*Maintain and manage all work logs with accurate pricing, past due amounts, scanned samples, passwords, portal data.

*Maintain all organized sales marketing and administrative paperwork

*Insure on time order shipments/customer satisfaction and as necessary provide customers with shipping/tracking data once orders are shipped.

* Assist in daily communications with factory and clients.

*Assist in receiving and preparing proper samples for customers from inventory and/or overseas China.

*Create new samples sheets.

*Assist Management on all travel arrangements.

*Coordinate meetings

*Attend meetings and Trade Shows to promote product (traveling may be required)

*Assist with miscellaneous objectives and projects as assigned by the Management.

Must be proficient in Excel.

Requirements:

2 years sales experience preferably B2B

Proficient in excel

Knowledge in QB is a plus

BUSINESS HOURS:

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
